Last week, my family and I went to a fundraiser for a local Down Syndrome organization. One of our family friends had twins few years back and one of them was born with Down Syndrome. He is the cutest little boy in the world and probably the sweetest and funniest there ever has been. This fundraiser was at Triple George, a restaurant on Third Street in Downtown Las Vegas. It has amazing food, of what I can smell because I can't eat much there besides a side salad and a 6 inch oatmeal cookie. That's right. S i x inches! Since we were a block away from all the fun that Fremont Street is late at night, we decided to take a little stroll to do outfit pictures; but since it was like 9 pm, way past bedtime in our house, the pictures are dark, I'm not on my A game, and I was exhausted. The end.

Call me a liar, but.. It's not really the end.
I wanted to lead anyone interested to the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada site! Please take a few minutes out of your busy schedule to take a look because it's really an amazing organization and an important cause. There is a Buddy walk coming up soon, too; so anyone who can should try to go! I participated last year with Team Noah's Ark and it was a blast.

(This isn't a sponsored post. It's out of personal interest for an important cause)
